Following the episode on Nelson Mandela, I received several emails saying that I was too harsh in my criticism of Al Sharpton and certain more radical protesters (rioters) in the wake of the Michael Brown and Eric Garner verdicts. One listener suggested that I should attend one of the Black Lives Matter rallies and actually talk to the protesters to learn more. I did just that. And what some of the protesters had to say surprised me.
Part 1 - You'll hear protesters talk about slavery as a "recent occurance, praise violent rioting and looting as a form of "righteous rebellion," and one man who advocates overthrowing the U.S. government in an armed communist revolution. Click here to listen to Part 1 of this episode.
Part 2 - If the first episode shocked you then wait until you hear what this protester has to say. Hear her "progressive" ideas to improve law enforcement such as telling cops not to actually try to pursue or arrest a suspect. She'll extol the virtues of high speed police chases, go out of her way to justify theft, compare our police to the King Herod slaughtering innocent babies, and she'll extol the vitures of "The Andy Griffith Show" as some kind of black utopia. Click here to listen to Part 2 of this episode.
